2. Products All Bloom Warm devices are tested before dispatch. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us at support@bloomwarm.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Free standard shipping on all UK orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Warranty Every Bloom Warm device comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

8. Intellectual Property All content on bloomwarm.com — including images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Bloom Warm and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Warm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
