We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@bloomwarm.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrives faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately at support@bloomwarm.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union Customers You have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, provided it is in original condition.

UK Customers Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
