1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from dispatch. All UK orders are sent tracked — your tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.

3. International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@bloomwarm.com.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@bloomwarm.com and we'll investigate immediately.

6. Returns We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

7. Warranty Every Bloom Warm device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults. Contact support@bloomwarm.com to make a warranty claim.
